The purpose of the project: Construction of a garage for a train

Main construction:

The project sits on an area of ​​approximately 35,000 square meters per floor.
In this project, a garage for a train is being built.
3 floors below the ground floor, when the height of the floors is not standard, between 5-9 m.

The following Alumlight systems were used in the project:

to the second floor:

For ceilings and beams – a system of aluminum towers was chosen.
For the walls – a system of aluminum Rasta + type modular molds. The walls are 9.5 m high, combined with reinforcements from aluminum uprights and intricate legs.
GFL ceiling – thickness 2 m height, support 8.5 m.
The ceiling was designed with the help of a system of aluminum towers and a horizontal system full of aluminum, thanks to which it is possible to reach large openings and high outputs of the skeleton contractor.

for third and fourth floor

For ceilings:  System Rasta Deck -400 falling head for casting ceilings, with the possibility of early disassembly. The system enabled speed, quality and safety at a high level.
For the walls: a system of modular aluminum molds of the Rasta+ type for convenient and simple work, with an option for manual work and without a crane.
In addition, the use of supporting beams was made – a system of aluminum towers that is easy and convenient to work with.
