Project Background:

In this round water reservoir project we have been asked to stracture and supply modular RASTA forms for sizes: 13.5 m height, 23.2 meters diameter, and wall thickness of 35 cm. 

Part of the engineering design included a total of eight casting stages, with four horizontal and four vertical joints (linkages)

In the reservoir there will be RASTA modular forms – 3 meter height and 1.5 meter hight, in order to make a congruence, the same forms will go up 6 meters to the second stage.

Overall, the part that the customer would cast every time is a quarter of a circle of 7.5 meter hight.
