Office building, Broadcom:Tel Aviv

Project: Office building Broadcom
City: Tel-Aviv
 Contractor: Tidhar Group
The purpose of the project:
Engineering solutions for 3 basement floors, lobby and 8 typical floors

Main construction:

In the office building project of the Broadcom company, we were asked to provide solutions for 3 basement floors, a lobby and 8 typical floors, where the area of each floor is about 4,000 square meters.

The following Alumlight systems were used in the project:

Aluminum tower tables: to the perimeter of the building

Platforms for elevators: To close all the spaces on the floor

Tables for slatted beams

to build the basements:

Tables for slatted beams – which allowed the contractor to change the beam formwork by wheels from section to section, without dismantling from one stage to another.

Rasta+ molds – modular aluminum molds combined with shrinking corners for core walls. The system allows the contractor to work manually on the one hand, and to create permanent shrink cells on the other hand.

One side formwork system – for a height of 3 m with a steel rail system in combination with Rasta + formwork and plywood coating to get architectural concrete at a high level without any worries.

Platforms for elevator shafts – for safe work and closure of all spaces on the floor.

To perform a typical floor step:

Rasta+ molds – for making architectural core walls, which were connected to plywood molds according to the architect’s layout, and this is how all the castings of the 8 floors were made.

Rasta Deck system – ceiling templates for a height of 4 m. The system allows the contractor to work safely and efficiently with high quality casting results. In addition, due to the falling head system, early dismantling will be possible for the contractor.

Aluminum tower tables for the perimeter of the building to make perimeter beams in different sections. This system allowed the contractor to work safely and quickly.

Platforms for elevators – to close all the spaces on the floor.
