The project is an office building containing 12 floors of office space and a commercial floor.
22,000 square meters of office space, the area of each floor ranges from 1,300-2,200 square meters of offices for rent. The building is located near the Microsoft campus.
In project 4006 of the Tadhar Group, they used Alumlite systems that helped to build efficiently, smartly and economically in time and manpower.
The Rasta Deck ceiling system allowed the work to be done at a faster pace, which saves the customer valuable time and expenses depending on the size of the project.
In addition, working with the system allowed maximum safety because it is assembled and disassembled from the bottom up, using the drop head method.
The site also used modular molds for concrete castings +Rasta to plaster the interior walls on the different floors.
2 sets of tables were used for a work surface and a fork 6 meters long that allows the tables to be lifted and jumped between the floors.
Using a fork allows workers to save a lot of time and transport the equipment.
An important statistic is that the waiting time between castings was significantly shortened by two days on each floor, which saved about a month of work in terms of schedules!
