Project: Kalanit:Kai-MA
City: Or-Yehuda
 Contractor: Tidhar Group
The purpose of the project:
Evacuation-construction project of residential buildings in Or Yehuda

Main construction:

Evacuation-construction project of residential buildings in Or Yehuda, which started in 2022.
This is an urban renewal plan, with the demolition of nine existing buildings, with 114 apartments, and the construction of 656 new units in eight residential buildings – all of which will be 17 residential floors.
plus a ground floor and an attic. With 3 parking basements and about 300 square meters of commerce.

The following Alumlight systems were used in the project:

Rasta+ system for casting walls made of concrete

Steel support Towers (acro): For supporting walls and ceilings.

Casting tables: For the molding of the balconies

One side forms (lined): For one side wall casting

Alumlitght provided a comprehensive engineering design for part A of the project which will include: 4 different buildings – 17 floors with the scope of 328 housing units and the parking and commercial floors.

Rasta+ system – for the casting of the walls, 1200 square meters of modular molds were used
A set of tables – for casting the balconies – use 6 tables, 2 of which are reinforced with ligatures and unligagers depending on the floor and 4 regular tables.
One of the tables was a reinforced table located in the ceiling of the 5th floor, in the ceiling of the 8th floor, and in the ceiling of the 10th floor. This table responded to a TV beam that grew from the end of the 5th floor, this beam was an obstacle during the construction of the ceiling and for this purpose this table had to be reinforced by replacing 14 ligers with unterligers 16.5 in the secondary system, and in the main system. A pair of 16.5 unterlagirs were assembled in order to prevent shearing in the beams.

Acro tower system – for the casting of the ground floor, approximately 592 square meters were used

One-sided mold system – for a one-sided wall, using a triangle system to cast a height of 4.35 meters
