one for residence and one for offices
An integrated project with two buildings, the first building will be used for offices and has 5 floors, the second building will be used for residences and has 22 floors. In addition, 3 common basements will be built for both buildings
Especially for the Dizengoff Netanya project, we created the Rasta Extra system, a subsidiary system of Rasta+ templates which is used for office buildings, residences and high-rise infrastructure. Rasta Extra modular aluminum molds come in a height of 3.5 meters and are suitable for projects of this type. The two buildings of the project were also built using the system. On the ground floor, Acro towers were used to support the ceiling. The Post&Beam system was used for the cores and tables in the living balconies.
The casting of the walls of the office building was done using the Rasta+ modular mold system and the Rasta Extra system. The ceilings were cast using the Post&Beam system with aluminum beams. The project started in April 2023, we continue to support the project and provide the company with everything required for the success of the project.
