The project has 5 parking floors for a 30-story residential tower in the 1st district of Jerusalem, the area of ​​the parking lot is 7,500 square meters.

In the District 1 project in Jerusalem, alumite molds were used for the first time, which proved themselves in terms of improving the performance of the work, which led to saving time and manpower. With the help of the Rasta Deck ceiling system, efficiency and the fast pace of work saved the client fifty percent of the work time and fifty percent of the expenses! The work method that achieves maximum safety because it is assembled and disassembled from the bottom up, using the falling head method.

With the help of modular molds for concrete castings Rasta+ we climbed the interior walls, using axial corners. The Alumlite Group accompanies the website from the beginning of the process. The process included: planning, arrival of equipment to the field, training of employees on the use of Alumite systems and full accompaniment by a projector until the successful completion of the project.
