40,000 square meters.

In the first phase, the first building, with 13 floors, will be built, a tall and magnificent tower that will replace the old original building.
This building will have 3 basement floors. The second building will be built in the second phase of the project.
The construction of the skeleton began in December 2022 and the construction is to be completed in May 2024. The engineering department of Alumlite continues to accompany the project these days.
