The purpose of the project: Building a villa
A villa construction project that covers an area of about 750 square meters is built, with careful architectural planning.
In this project, the Rasta+ formwork system was used, an easy-to-carry modular aluminum formwork system that provides smooth and high-quality concrete results. A disciplinary advantage of the Rasta+ system is the answer to a variety of solutions for different castings of concrete, therefore the system gave an exact answer to this project for the execution of bare concrete casting, as requested by the contractor. Therefore, the use of the template system was a successful solution for him.
In this project, approximately 380 square meters of molds were provided, in order to provide a solution that yields a smooth concrete finish in accordance with the architect’s requirements. In order to respond to one-sided casting as piles, a system of rails was used – a system consisting of Rasta+ molds, supported by steel profiles and leveling and support legs connected to each pair of profiles.
