The purpose of the project: residential project of villas
A project of about 60 three-story villa units in the Neve Ilan neighborhood of Jerusalem.
The work duration of casting a villa with the help of Alumlite systems takes about a month, while the work time of casting the third ceiling in the construction of the villa is completed in less than a month. The project is unique and if a quick solution is required, therefore, the main system in the project is the Rasta Deck -400 ceiling system – a smart ceiling system using the falling head method through which You can work quickly and professionally.
A significant advantage of the Rasta Deck system is the large distances between its legs which are used to move equipment freely in the work area.
In addition, we completed a ceiling with the aluminum beams of the Post&Beam system that go up to the wall and allow the molding to be done in the best way.
For the casting of the walls in each villa, we used Rasta+ mold systems, easy-to-carry modular aluminum molds that provide smooth and high-quality concrete results. It can be seen that using the Rasta Deck -400 system allows for a clean work area, upgrading the work style, saving work time and manpower and obtaining quality concrete results.
