The project will be built in 3 different parts:<\/u><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The hotel will belong to the Fatal company, when it will include 327 rooms with 109 suite rooms.
Started in 2024 – will be completed by 2026.
It is built in 2 parts:
Part A<\/strong> – the higher part of the project Part B<\/strong> – the lower part.<\/p>\n

In the project there is one floor of the 1st floor basement – for which they chose the POST&BEAM system for casting walls of variable thickness.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

What made the project planning more complex?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

As part of the design of the hotel, there will be inclined columns in the upper part of the hotel, and the Alumite design department specially adapted the Alumax mold system to them so that they can be cast and adapted to the performance requirement.<\/p>\n
