An integrated project of approximately 24 dunams located on Yigal Alon St. Tel Aviv. The project will include offices, a residential complex, a commercial center and a green park of 6 dunams. In the project, 5 buildings and 5 basements will be built, with one of the buildings being a public building.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The project started the construction process in August 2023 and we continue to assist, accompany and guide the foremen and workers in the field until the end of the construction process.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The residential building was built using the Post&Beam<\/a> system and tables for the perimeter.<\/p>

The office building, the lowest among them, with 13 floors, was built using the Post&Beam system
Alumax system and casting tables.<\/p>

The public building was built with the help of the Post&Beam<\/a> system at a height of 3m. We built the 5 basement floors with a system
For molding a Rasta Deck ceiling.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All the walls of the buildings were built using Rasta+ modular molds. The core walls in the low office building
Built using the Alumax system.<\/p>

The project started to be built at the end of 2021 and will be completed in 2024.<\/p>
